CLASSIX™ Racing is a dynamic, new cycling team based in Melbourne, Australia.
CLASSIX™ Racing is committed to friendship. We are inclusive, collaborative and supportive of each other.
CLASSIX™ Racing thrives on racing. We quest for personal best and podium glory. You can see us racing most weeks throughout the year. Whether it be local club, combine, State or National races, racing road, criteriums or track and summer or winter, a CLASSIX™ Racing rider will be on the startline.
CLASSIX™ Racing shares a passion for road cycling and racing. We appreciate the Tour De France, but admire the tough one day nature of European Spring classics more so.
CLASSIX™ Racing builds our cycling training and racing capacity in the hills surrounding Mt Dandenong, Emerald and Kinglake. We ride by the code Ascendência to conquer the challenges we face.¬
CLASSIX™ Racing focuses on training smart. We use the latest ergogenic aids, tools and supplements to train efficiently and race to the best of our ability.
CLASSIX™ Racing has many friends amongst other cycling training groups and cycling clubs. Our friends and others who share our passion are always welcome to join us on a ride. You can also follow us in real time on Twitter @classixracing or track our progress through stories on our website.
You can also keep track of individual CLASSIX™ Racing through their blogs which you can access via the home page.
CLASSIX Racing™ acknowledges our partners who help and support our team. We extend our thanks to Bicycles Inc., Diadem, Hammer Nutrition and Energi Design for their ongoing assistance to ensure we have access to the best cycling gear, equipment and nutrition.
Our Major Goal for 2011
CLASSIX Racing™ is preparing for the Tour of Bright taking place in the first weekend of December 2011. For some members of CLASSIX Racing™, the Tour of Bright will be one of many already conquered. While for some, it will be the first time racing in the popular three stage race in the Victoria Alps. For others, it will be a learning experience just being up there with the team.
At the moment and leading up to December, CLASSIX™ Racing is training hard in preparation for what is Australia’s toughest amateur stage race.
